We will lend the entire building as it is to only one group such as couples and families.
■Capacity is 5 people. However, up to 7 people (5 adults: 2 children) can
stay with children who can sleep together, such as preschoolers.
■Reasonable rates are available for family and group trips.
There are the following three plans.
Couple plan 2 people / room without meals 20,000 yen(Consumption tax included)
■Couple-only plan: Please spend a romantic starry night in Yaeyama alone.
 Those accompanied by infants are eligible for the "Family Plan".
For each plan, a cleaning fee of 3,000 yen is required for each use, in addition to the accommodation fee.
Family plan 3-5 people / room without meals 30,000 yen(Consumption tax included)
■Family-only plan Enjoy barbecue with your family and feel like your own
villa.
For more than 5 people, an additional charge of 3,000 yen per adult: 2,000 yen for children / day will be required.
If you exceed 5 people, it will become quite small and you will have to sleep on the floor, but please forgive me.
For each plan, a cleaning fee of 3,000 yen is required for each use, in addition to the accommodation fee.

The Weekly Plan is much cheaper than booking a single day.
For each plan, a cleaning fee of 3,000 yen is required for each use, in addition to the accommodation fee.
The number of people in each plan will be counted including preschoolers
and 0-year-olds.

Please make a reservation as soon as possible, preferably two weeks in advance.
Reservations can be made by using the reservation form, fax, or telephone.
Since the entire building is rented, the reservation will be officially
reserved upon receipt of the reservation fee below, and will be treated
as a "temporary reservation" until the reservation fee is received.
Since the entire building is rented, if you make a reservation from one
group, other customers will not be accepted. Therefore, if you cancel at
a later date, we will miss the customer on the day, so we have a system
in which a reservation fee (half fee)the reservation fee was paid in advance at the time of booking as compensation..
It is a system like
① For 5 days after contacting the reservation, ifthe reservation fee (half price) is not paidwithin 5 days of the provisional reservation, the reservation will be cancelled.
② Even if you cancel, the deposit will not be returned.
１ Please make the advance payment within 5 days after the tentative reservation.
２ If the reservation fee is not paid within 5 days after the tentative
reservation, the reservation will be cancelled.
Please pay attention
Unless the plane does not fly due to a typhoon or accident, you will be charged a reservation fee even if you cancel for your own reasons (such as when you cannot get a commuter pass or when you cancel due to illness). No refunds will be given.
Cancellation policies for customers booking on Airbnb, Booking.com, Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Lulubu and other travel booking sites will follow the method determined by each travel site.
In the "rent the entire building" format, we will refuse other customers on the day after making a reservation, so when you cancel at a later date, I have already lost other customers.

In many cases, our staf will pick you up at the airport and perform the
check-in procedure at the airport, but in some cases you may go directly
to the inn or contact us by e-mail to have the customer check in independently.
After making your reservation, we will send you an email with instructions
on how to check in.

check-out
1. For check -out procedures, turn off the air conditioner and other electrical
equipment, check the source of the fire, and leave by AM 11:00.
2. Then call me to let me know that your checkout is complete.
3. The staff will go to check after your check-out.
The staff will check the condition of the room to see if there is any terrible
dirt or damage to the equipment.
If there are no particular problems, the procedure is complete, but please note that additional charges may be incurred if there are problems such as damage to equipment.
